TIM HEINZE
THE CENTER
Sucafina, Coffee Education Manager
Tim has worked across all areas of the coffee industry since 2009. His coffee education journey began while he was living in SE Asia. Tim gained experience working alongside producers and while managing a wet mill in Yunnan, China. His teaching experience as an instructor for the Coffee Quality Institute in sensory and processing programs, gives him expert knowledge as a coffee educator. Tim has also utilized his teaching skills supporting development projects by Technoserve, ACDI-VOCA, USAID, and more. Tim's passion is bringing together the, sometimes distant, world of Academia and the personal experience to enrich learning for those he has the privilege to teach. We know you'll enjoy his teaching style and what experience he has to offer.

ADAM CARPENTER
ROCC
Sucafina, Coffee Education Manager
As a farm boy, I naturally fell in love with the fruit of coffee after my first harvest experience in Costa Rica. From 2004 to 2017 I established myself as a coffee roaster, founding ROCC, and joining the SCA as an AST in every program module. Today, I seek to equip the next generation of coffee professionals to Make Life Better.
